  • How can I change or cancel my order?

To modify your order, kindly contact us via email or call the provided number. Once your order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that no changes can be made. If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer care service. Please note that once your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • How long will it take to get my package?

We send out our orders within 1-2 business days. After shipment, it generally takes 3-4 business days for delivery in metro cities and 4-5 business days for delivery in other parts of India. (Please bear in mind that delivery times may fluctuate based on factors such as your postal code, public holidays, and extreme weather conditions.)

  • Are there any additional shipping charges?

All prepaid orders qualify for free domestic shipping, while cash-on-delivery orders incur a shipping charge of ₹150.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your product is shipped, you will receive a text message or email containing comprehensive details along with a tracking link. Additionally, you can track your order directly on our website by clicking here (link to website tracking)

  • How can I return or exchange my product?

If you have any inquiries regarding product exchange or return, please feel free to contact us at (AakarTaro website) or reach out to us on Instagram at ( @aakar.taro) We guarantee a prompt response within 24-48 hours. Additionally, you can refer to our Exchange/Return Policy for further information.

  • What if I'm not available when the reverse pickup is attempted?

In case the courier company fails to pick up the shipment, they will make two subsequent attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to the company's address.

  • How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?

Please allow a period of 7 days for the return to be processed and for the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account. It is important to note that refunds and bank transfers are only applicable to prepaid orders or online payments made through our website.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed in the form of store credits, and the amount will be visible within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address to acknowledge the refund.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from AakarTaro?

If you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, we kindly request you to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing images of the received product. Please keep the following points in mind:

* Please send a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 clear pictures.

* Highlight the damaged, defective, or missing part of the outfit in red.

* Ensure that the images include the original labels, tags, and invoice.
