1. What is your return and exchange window?
You must request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. How do I place a return or exchange request?

3. What are the conditions for returning a product?
Items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original packaging with tags intact
Not customised or made-to-order
Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
4. Are there any charges for return or exchange?
Yes, a flat ₹150 will be deducted for return shipping and reverse pickup.
For Heavier items, the return charge ranges from ₹250 to ₹350, depending on courier rates.
5. What is your refund process?
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the item.
If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
6. Can I return or exchange items bought during a sale?
Sale items are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged if stock is available.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges for international orders?
Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders at the moment.
8. What is your policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
We follow a partial COD model:
A small advance (10% of the order value) must be paid online before dispatch.
This advance is non-refundable if the parcel is rejected on delivery.
You can cancel the order before dispatch to avoid this charge.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
If approved, we will initiate a refund.
10. What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
