At Aakar Taro, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience and highest quality products. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a hassle-free process for you, we have formulated the following Return and Exchange Policy:
The Products Purchased during any Sale will not be Returned, but can be Exchanged.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: 1.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
1.2. The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.3. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
2. Valid Reasons for Returns and Exchanges: 2.1. Size or Fit: If the item doesn’t fit as expected, you may return or exchange it for a different size (subject to availability) within the eligible period.
2.2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
3. Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Exchanges: 3.1. Used, washed, or altered items.
3.2. Items without their original tags and packaging.
3.3. Items that have been personalized or customized.
3.4. Items beyond the 48-hour return and exchange window.
3.5. Products purchased during any Sale cannot be returned but can be exchanged.
4. Return and Exchange Process:
4.1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp (Click here) within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange request.
4.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label (for defective/damaged items or errors on our part) or further instructions for other return/exchange reasons.
4.3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or suitable packaging) and include a copy of the purchase invoice.
4.4. The return will be scheduled by our team and picked up from the customer's address.
4.5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or initiate the exchange (subject to availability).
Please Note: There will be a small fee of ₹150 to cover our shipping and reverse pickup costs in case of returns. After successfully receiving the product in its original condition, we will initiate your refund, deducting ₹150.
5. Refund and Exchange Details:
5.1. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
5.2. If you opt for an exchange, and the requested size or item is not available, we will provide you with store credit or alternative options.

6.1. Ensure the item(s) are in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.
6.2. Provide accurate shipping and contact details for smooth processing.
