At Aakar Taro, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience and highest-quality products. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
1.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
1.2. The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.3. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error. -
Return and Exchange Process:
2.1. Contact customer support via WhatsApp (Click Here) within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2.2. Our team will guide you through the process and schedule a return or exchange pickup.
2.3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the purchase invoice.
2.4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange (subject to availability). -
Charges for Returns:
- A flat ₹150 fee will be deducted to cover shipping and reverse pickup costs for returns.
- For SAS Jackets, a return fee ranging from ₹250-₹350 will apply, as charged by our courier partner for pickup services.

Refund and Exchange Details:
4.1. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4.2. If the requested size or exchange item is unavailable, we will provide store credit or offer alternative options. -
Non-Eligible Items for Returns and Exchanges:
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Items without original tags and packaging.
- Items beyond the 48-hour return/exchange window.
- Sale items (cannot be returned but can be exchanged).
